Mark LaPenn, Chief Executive Officer
Mark serves as Chief Executive Officer of NEP Midstream and Royalties. He is responsible for acquiring, financing, and managing NEP Midstream and Royalties oilfield service investments. He has over 18 years of finance and energy infrastructure experience in areas that include natural gas gathering, processing, and distribution.
Mark previously served as Vice President of Operations at Conexant Midstream L.P. where he was actively involved in all aspects of the operations of more than 300 miles of high- and low-pressure gathering systems, a 200-mile high pressure gathering pipeline, and a 300 MMSCFD processing facility. Prior to joining Conexant Midstream L.P., Mark was the Director of Operations at LPL Capital Partners in its energy infrastructure division. Mark holds a BS in finance from Victoria University.
Graham Fellows, Chief Operating Officer
Graham serves as Chief Operating Officer of NEP Midstream and Royalties. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing the business operations of the company, assisting in fundraising ventures, and participating in expansion activities.
Graham began his career in the oil and gas industry in the North Sea more than 15 years ago. He has experience as both an operator and manager in the midstream sector. Prior to joining NEP Midstream and Royalties, Graham served as the Director of Operations for Conexant Midstream L.P. where he managed the operations of over 2,000 miles of pipelines, four cryogenic gas-processing plants, and over 320,000 HP of gas compression. Graham holds a BS in business from Queen Elizabeth College.
